Before you invade, declare a war. 8. No one-shotting during wars. 9. Be realistic. Example: If you are a small country, don't take over a giant (claimed) piece of land. ⚠ 10. Outside of war, you can only claim 1 big country or 2 small countries. 11. Don't start as a big country.
