I have gotten a request asking if I will make a Mechagodzilla vector. I would like to, but I don't want to make them due to how hard they are to make. Here's why: 1. Detail Now, I normally make dinosaur or animal vectors, and those don't need to have a lot of detail, like horns, crests, spikes, you get the idea. In the case of kaiju, especially Mechagodzilla, they have details that are painstakingly difficult to trace. (Mechagodzilla's parts, for example). 2. Side views There's barely any side views of kaiju I can find, and most of them are terrible quality. To make things even worse, I often like to use skeletal pictures to trace an animal. That way I can tell where the joints are supposed to be. In the case of kaiju, there isn't a lot skeletal pictures of them, meaning I won't be able to trace the ones I want to make while knowing where the joints are. 3. Shading If you've noticed by now, I often shade the back legs to give it more of a feel of 3D. However, if I make a kaiju vector with tons of detail, I would have to shade the details as well, which could take hours to complete. However, just because I don't want to make a kaiju doesn't mean I won't make it. There is a small possibility I will make one, but I will most likely decline kaiju vector requests.
Thanks to all who understand!
