i. introduction - I saw this litter by chance, and boy am I ecstatic I did. This little firecracker stole my heart, and now you get to read my WoNdErFuL application. :) . . . ii. username - @-RedHorizon / @.-RedHorizon iii. are you in dprp? - Nope! But I hope to join as Candescentkit ;) iv. are you an experienced roleplayer? - I like to think so! I have been on Scratch for almost 4 years now and have been roleplaying the entire time. I've been a member of TFCRP (Reclusemask of WindClan), MiS (Ducklingkit), and probably a couple of others I can't remember right now lol. v. kit[s] you are applying for - Candescentkit! vi. do you kill of character quickly? do you have periods of inactivity? do you excessively hurt your characters? - I don't typically kill off characters quickly, nor do I have long periods of inactivity. If the roleplay dies, or the family becomes inactive, I feel less compelled to find motivation for a character. I don't usually hurt my characters unless it makes sense in the moment. vii. personality! - Candescentkit can only be described as social. He loves spending time with other cats and is very keen to meet everyone alive. He's a very curious cat and puts the information he gathers into weaving magnificent stories, as that's his favorite thing to do. If you're interesting, you attract interesting cats after all! So Candescentkit will spend hours upon hours of plotting his stories and shares them with anyone who will listen. This leads to the tom being very creative. He can think on his paws and is very resourceful. Candescentkit has flirtatious tendencies, but usually knows when to reel it in. He much prefers to fight with words rather than fangs, as a physical fight may spoil his fur and dirty his paws. No thank you. If it comes down to it, there are few cats that Candescentkit isn't willing to sacrifice. He's extremely clever (he knows it) and doesn't take the feelings or wellbeing's of others into consideration when making an important decision. Candescentkit always thinks one step ahead, and every move he makes or word he speaks has been carefully thought out. This leads to some viewing him as fake. He is very egotistical and demands his Clanmates treat him like the king he believes he is. His stories can become flat out lies. Candescentkit is a gossip, and by putting in rumors he hears into his tale, he exposes the other cat, whether meaning to or not. Candescentkit isn't one to trust others, preferring to close himself off as opposed to letting others really get to know him. Trait Breakdown: friendly (+), social (+), creative / resourceful (+), curious (+/=), flirtatious (=), calculated (=), devious (-), fake (-), egotistical (-), untrustworthy (-), distrustful (-) viii. roleplay sample: just before apprentice ceremony - Ah, there he was. The almighty king of the tree stump. His rusted fur seemed to blaze in the sun, and his eyes appeared to be chips of cold ice in his head. Yes, Candescentkit truly was a sight to behold. As one of the oldest kits in the den, the red tabby had a cluster of younger cats around him, their small tails held in the air with excitement. One could feel the tension as they starved for more of Candescentkit's newest tale. "BOOM! The lightning shook the ground, sending blue sparks into the air, filling the space between the warrior and the beast," Candescentkit's low voice drawled, slamming a paw into the soft ground to stir up dust. A few young kittens flinched, but none moved. "Rage gleamed in his eyes as he stared down the monster. 'You think you can win?'" The tabby stared each one of the younger cats in the eye. "'Not a chance! You may be stronger, but I'm cleverer and faster! You'll tire out before I break a sweat!'" Candescentkit's voice became even lower, almost as if he forgot how to speak as he voiced the monster. "'Very well then,' said the beast. "Then we shall fight. On your guard, young warrior..."' [ end of sample ] ix. what differences would you give the kit? - I would give Candescentkit athazagoraphobia (fear of being forgotten), automysophobia (fear of being dirty), lygophobia (fear of darkness), and hemophobia (fear of blood). These all mostly relate to his perfectionism and need to be remembered. x. other - I love this little boy so much! I really do hope you find an amazing roleplayer for him and his siblings. . . .
