Instructions

Loading tiles into the buffer should be handled in real time. Remove the "change color by" and "clear effects block". That's just for debugging

Description

This is a Level tile screen display for you to draw levels for sonic engines. It supports tiles of 256x256 (sonic 1, CD and Mania) or 128x128 (Sonic 2,3&K) For the hogwash game engine.
