This is a bootleg Wubbzy toy released by ZLB Toy in the early 2010s exclusive to Peruvian markets. The toy is notorious for being cheaply made, some malfunctions include some parts of the body not moving, lights not working properly, and in other cases, batteries randomly drain out.
