This dastardly duo was brought from a nearby timeline by Rockman Shadow in order to bolster his army's revenue.
Credit to the owners of the assets used in the making of this project. This was one of my favorites to develop just for the concept of it. Hook's one tough cookie but that should come as no surprise. The house always wins after all.
