Here are the rules: -Do not put a stolen character up there, you won't get a rating. -No inappropriately themed ocs. Slight blood or injuries are fine, but no extreme gore whatsoever. -Bitmap ocs are fine. -I'd prefer not to rate numberblocks or gacha. The communities are a bit toxic, to say the least.
