Ok, so a quick recap: I made Neon's Super and Hyper forms a while back. Super was originally.. a normal green, and Hyper was just generic S1 Red, and they were both called Hyper Neon (for Super) and Ultra Neon (for Hyper). I decided to just not only use the standard names now, but also update the pair's palettes. Hope you guys like it!
