Yes, lineart. I don't do sketches :') You can also see the ref in the corner; that's the character I'm going to use! 2 : Then I duplicate the lineart and fill it in! I then made layers for the different patterns (a layer for each color) and clipped them onto the flat colored layer. 3 : Now I drew an eye and clipped an iris (?) and some shiny things to it. You can also see the layers from before! 4 : I then did a lot of stuff- I moved the eye, gave the iris a pupil, and I made the shinies shinier. I made the first shiny thingy overlay, blurred it, and then duplicated it. I proceeded to move the copy a bit, then set that one to 'add'. 5 : I made a simple background and added extras! (rings, mouth, etc.) 6 : I have removed the ref and made the background more detailed! 7 : In this step, I drew black on everything except the lineart and right by the lineart, and then blurred it and set it to overlay! 8 : Then I added lighting using the blur and 'add'. I also added a little butterfly :) 9 : I added some little effects! They look very nice. 10 : Done!
