It just means if you were Heavily inspired, maybe you used someone's code, maybe you traced someone's art. All these are okay to do, with permission and credit! Keywords there >:) You're welcome to use anything on my page with credit, but it's not like this everywhere! Please always ask for permission and give credit when using something unoriginal or reused. (Again it doesn't have to be down to the tea, just a simple @ or mention is nice :D) Love u guys, hope u take this into consideration!
