i love this snake man sm gfsgfsddfg he's so cooool you can press space to see a tiny and decently lazy animation of him the drawing is the main part though his tail is a little bit bigger in the drawing then i think it would technically be, but it's because he is wrapping around your face. also for effect. i am very happy uh anyways onto his story, I'm just keeping his name as morgo for now but i might change it idk Morgo lived in a secret society of snake people, like himself. the snake people always stayed hidden from the outside world- living underground in tunnels and caverns. it was a happy, quiet society, that treated it's people well and had stable ways of functioning. everyone was happy- except Morgo. he didn't have anything bad going on- he had it just as good as everyone else. but he was unsatisfied. he was bored, playing pranks and starting scuffles were no longer enough to keep him entertained now that he was older. he always wanted too see the outside world, and meet those non-snake people he's only heard about in stories. they can't be as dangerous as everyone says- he knew the snake people could easily overpower them. 'outside is too dangerous for our kind,' blah! snake people were powerful, especially Morgo- according to himself, at least. so, one day, he decided he had had enough. he's an adult, he can do what he wants. he doesn't need to stay hidden in this 'perfect world' like those other cowards. so one day, he simply left. he found one of the entrances, covered long ago, and pushed it open- it wasn't that hard, because all the materials had rotted and fallen apart. and the outside world was amazing! it was so bright! there were so many more plants then underground, and there were giant lakes stretching as far as he could see. he would never be bored here! and after some exploring, when the sky became solid black with these tiny little holes that let light through, he assumed, he found what must be a human village! it was so interesting, but no one was there. he looked around, taking anything he found that he liked -mostly shiny stuff, it looked real nice- and looked at these really cool carving the humans had. depicting... the snake people.. and humans. it seemed as if the humans were.. worshiping the snake people... they were gods! Morgo dropped everything he had found and started calling out for the humans -they had to be somewhere- with excitement. if he was considered a god, he could do whatever he wanted, and the humans would give him things, and he would have complete control over so many things. and what to you know, his shouting did make the humans come out of their odd little squares. but they seemed fearful. they pointed weird sticks at him. but he rose up as tall as he could and informed them that he was a god, returned, and he demanded he worship him- in exchange for protection and prosperity, of course! humans, apparently being gullible creatures, believed him. they even gave him his own temple, that they had apparently been giving offerings too for years. Morgo became a god, and he doesn't plan on returning to the snake society. at least he won't be bored now. gdsgfds I really hope you like the drawing and the story because i really do and i really hope i win this snake man
