border shapefile from https://geodata.lib.berkeley.edu/catalog/stanford-sy338jq3975 converted into CSV using QGIS then I edited the lists in excel and then in scratch after importing, manually fixing broken lists when the CSV didn't format right. Got CSV file of swiss cities from https://simplemaps.com/data/ch-cities
