up / down arrows or scroll wheel zooms in and out around the mouse position also you can click and drag drag up to zoom out drag down to zoom in
i downloaded a shapefile from https://geodata.lib.berkeley.edu/catalog/stanford-sy338jq3975 converted into CSV using QGIS then I edited the lists in excel and then in scratch after importing, manually fixing broken lists when the CSV didn't format right. Could have tried to write python script to fix format but python skills aren't great yet. I'm testing out ability to import GIS data into scratch. GIS is my current subject of study. Next might try to add list of cities.
