The Free Parrot Militia is the group of former-UPM members or civilians of the former UNOP who wished to not be the member of a Socialist state. The FPM is led by deposed president Eric K. Austwing, and they will likely be supporting the Dorman Pact in Operation Macaw. The PSRB is currently hiding their existence from PSRB civilians, so that they don't have any hope of freedom from their oppresive new rulers (or as they describe it, so they do not have to worry about terrorists that will hurt them and their families.) This is a bunch of assets for you guys to use in your projects about OM, digit, it's basically mixing and matching UPM gear from over time of what I think they would have to do with their limited gear.
I know everything's not TOO diverse and doesn't have too many mixes of gear, but you get the general idea. Civies get old gear and desert gear because we have a bunch of it that's not being used while former soldiers of the UPM get their usual gear but with the old rifle.
