Instructions

THIS PROJECT IS VERY BUGGY. it's mostly just a proof of concept. SPACE FOR NEXT MAP CLICK AND HOLD TO "TILT" The reason balls roll is because they're deflected off of the "normal" of the surface they're on. So, I figured, if I could easily find out the normal of a surface, I can roll the ball. What's the easiest way to get the normal values of a map? A normal map! The ball finds what color it's sitting on top of, and rolls based on that. It's quite simple. Feel free to try it on your own normal maps (or any images, for that matter) ...hey this would be great for a golf game (o_o )
