“ a heart without dreams is like a bird without feathers. ” (Everyone, I desperately need help with bird quotes) Hello everyone, and welcome to the first stage of nesting season! If you didn’t manage to sign up, that’s fine. Anyone can participate in birdcall! Along with that, it’s completely optional. Here we will be designing birds for the later stages of this season. There are a few basic requirements, but other than those, go wild! Only 3-5 birds will be chosen to go forward, but every entry is appreciated. :) Sadly, to make this moderately realistic, we have to have a few basics. (As stated earlier) therefore, here are some requirements: 1. There has to be a drawing. Art style and skills don’t mean anything, I just have to have a basic idea of what they look like. 2. It has to include what their eggs look like, along with their birdlings. (Baby birds) 3. You have to include what your bird does to show off to potential mates. (Nests, dancing, etc.) 4. You must include what they eat. 5. You have to have where they live, (swamp, jungle, etc.) and where they make their nests (in the trees, on the ground, etc.) 6. Keep it realistic, please! No birds who poop rainbows and wear sweaters, however funny that might be :) 7. However, don’t just make a copy of a real bird. Feel free to ask if it’s too unrealistic! 8. Give your species a name, or it will be given a (very ridiculous) Latin name by me. 9. It has to be a remix to count. 10.
