Super Fast Bitmap Image Scanner using the Griffpatch tutorial to find color value. I added a couple of optimizations that make it possibly 5x faster, even more in most situations. It then stores the color data in a list, ready to be displayed. EDIT: Griffpatch's new tutorial makes this seem REALLY slow...I'll make one with his tutorial some time Press the Next arrow to cycle through images, feel free to remix and add your own! Press the big Scan button to start the scan. Although it is optimized, scatch isn't particularly fast, so it will take quite some time. Highly recommend using Turbowarp (https://turbowarp.org/679571337?stuck&turbo) or shift-clicking the green flag to make it run faster. Once the scan is completed, it will display the scan it has just created. There is a slider to control the zoom of the scan (press the pencil icon after you make a change to re-render the image) It is worth noting that this is a full-resolution scan, so it is pixel-perfect.
Thanks to Griffpatch for the amazing tutorials (This particular one, and all the rest) Very excited to see how this can be used in the raycaster project... All the rest of the code is from me, a couple of the buttons yanked from google images. Thumbnail by me, with some Flaming text.com text, added. squirrelsRcool for the estimated time script I didn't use lol Hopefully, this gets added to the Griffpatch studio, and dare I say...Maybe he'll comment? Thanks, Turbowarp for making this faster. I've never done tags before so let's see how it goes... #Griffpatch #Scanner #Fast #Bitmap #Image #greeny--231 #ColourValue #Tutorial (Did I do that right? Comment if you have any suggestions for the Instructions or credits, or the project)
