It's pretty simple. Just click on a tool to select it, and click anywhere on the screen to place a block. The lava kills you, the note block bounces you higher, and the flag makes you win. Press Q to erase blocks. Click and hold the rocket to clear your level. Toggle the grid with the grid button. Press M to change the game theme. Press Play Level to test your custom level, and have fun! WARNING: eraser is still buggy and goombas are out of comission for a while
Don't forget to check out new super Mario bros scratch by yours truly (me) I simply took mikes game and did some texture editing and renaming. The theme is based on the Wii U platformer game, Super Mario Maker Original version by Mike3384 Versions v1.0 v1.1: retextured player and trampoline v1.2: added starting podium v1.3: added finishing podium and improved starting podiums texture v1.4: added customisable time limet v1.5: goomba, texture redos, and an exploit that makes use of the eraser v.1.5.1 fixed some goombugs. now they cant phase through walls, and die when thay fall off. v.1.6: correction of previous update; goombas cant phase through walls MOST OF THE TIME. just don't cage up too many goombas. plus, killing a gomba superfies you for 15 seconds! this makes you jump SUPER high v. 1.6.1 fixed an accident when my cousin tried to play on my account and accidentally deleted the placement tool. also ill be on holedays for awhile so ill work on this offline during then. plus find a hint as to what im working on in code v. 1.8 i figured this deserved an extra decimal because it is THE SUPERMASSIVE UPDATE! so much has been added. for starters a new intro animation WITH MUSIC, then i added backrounds, plural because their is now 2 themes ALSO WITH MUSIC, as well as a reset button, a movable mario in edit mode, the ability to swich back from play to edit mode and much more. sadly though, goombas are taking a backseat just for this update however if you are desparate, they can be enabled with G. there is also a bug fix and secret, the bug being the ability to play during edit mode, and an easter egg which is £$%&^( !" +=-^ [this has to be a secret so i wrote it in code]. all new controlls added to the instructions bubble. v. 1.8.5 Goombas are back :-D and better then before. the erase tool is permenantly gone tho so use reset rocket pls. v. 1.8.6 fixed another bugged goomba, and gave him a sticker for being brave at the doctors v. 1.8.7 added title screen, and improved the opening sequence 1.8.8 revamped textures, readded original intro, and fixed death sound Unfortunately that iS all i Can do foR this game but dOnt worry your LittLe mInds because i have a sequel iN the makinG, one that is purely my own work and gives mario more room to 'move around' if you know what im saying
