It is as easy to fill a circle as to draw a circle in Scratch. Just reverse the order of pen up/ pen down in the repeat loop. The Pie Chart draws itself in one action, filling from centre in 4 colour sectors. Then it draws the circle outline. The number of repeat loops to draw each sector is set by a maths algorithm for the fraction of 360°. The blue sector of (360° ÷10) x 4 is four-tenths or 40%.
