Phase Name Changes. Sans's Reset couldn't fix everything. His jacket is still damaged from ACT I. His crack also is mainly healed, but still exists. An Error also occured in the reset, cloning the locket that frisk has, causing sans to also get it with his DT. [Don't worry, no true knife with sans here.]
