Ever wondered how strong your oc is? then you've come to the right place. (No metagamers, recolors, stealed OC's, etc.) First put some info of your OC's power and's abilities in the notes and credits. Same goes for transformations. Then i'll rate it based on the info i have and know. Next put your OC where the plateform is and i'll explain how strong i think your OC is.
