Using Krita (again), I made this with the mouse (again). To make bold text (only works on non-gradient text), outline text with an outline of its own color. (To outline text, select text using the move tool and change the outline and stuff.) Basically in the artwork, a test OC uses the time travel blocks...before they were even tested.
I've used the mouse (and ONLY the mouse) for digital art since BEFORE I even made this account.
