After the events of WWIV, Fazastan 2.0 had a sudden outbreak of Communism down in Khalefazia, Fazastan. The leader himself stated that maybe a cult from Khaleania convinced the Fazastain rebels to declare independence to establish a Communist state and to subjugate the entirety of New Scratchia.
