Hello everybody, and welcome to Kirby. Today, I'll try to explain Kirby Superstar, but very poorly. This is one of the more well-known Kirby games, so hopefully, you'll be able to understand most of the things I say. Without further ado, let's get started. POV: you're Kirby. That's the entire game. You play as Kirby, and you can strike fear into every enemy you come close to. This was also the first Kirby game that featured a multiplayer mode. Now both you and your friends can wreak havoc among (vine boom) Planet Popstar. Kirby Superstar is actually split into multiple games you can play (some new ones being added in the 2008 re-release). And now, Spring Breeze, but poorly explained. Everything is all fine and dandy in Popstar until King Dedede steals the entire food stock at 4 am in the morning. Luckily, Kirby IMMEDIATELY wakes up and starts his journey from there. Along the way, Kirby fights memorable bosses such as The Big Tree™, Kracko, and some other bosses I literally can't remember. Fortunately, Kirby manages to DESTROY Dedede and steals back every single morsel of food Dedede stole. But that's not all.
(continued) Kirby steals some eggs and gets stalked by a large mama bird. The mama bird gets put in a crockpot and Kirby is left to nurture the baby birds who hatched from the egg. But that's STILL not all. (vine boom) Sir Meta Knight decides to start an entire WAR because Dreamland's residents are too lazy to do anything. I also forgot to mention that Meta Knight literally tries to murder Kirby in cold blood, but he sadly fails. Why? Because Kirby is unstoppable. So what does Kirby do to get rid of Meta Knight? Destroy his ship. There are also games like the great cave offense, which is literally Kirby falling down a big hole. (undertale music plays) Something I discovered in the great cave offense is that in the remake, the boss "Wham Bam Rock" had a redesign. His original design was kind of.......suspicious. But, he got a redesign in 2008, which is kind of cool. Anyways, moving on. There are a couple of minigames like Gourmet Race and Megaton Punch, but they aren't really important to the storyline. POV: It's 3 am, and the sun and moon are fighting. Yep, another normal day in Dreamland. Kirby gets annoyed by his sleep schedule being ruined, so he asks a friend for help. That friend being the most popular clown in Nintendo history, Marx the Jester. Marx asks Kirby to ask a LITERAL star to put everything back to normal, and here's where I started to go insane. Milky way wishes is EXTREMELY hard to navigate in both versions of Superstar. I didn't even know which planet to start my journey from. Thanks, Nintendo, you somehow made a Kirby game hard. There's not much to mention besides the boss fight, where it turns out that Marx, the guy who's been helping you all along, is evil. He wanted nothing more than you to do something for him. Oh, and then you kick him in the face and fling him into space. But that's not all, he commits an Omega Flowey in Superstar Ultra and he goes mentally insane. Kirby murders him AGAIN, and then he appears in Star Allies. In the re-release, King Dedede takes revenge on Kirby for ruining his life. As expected, Kirby wins and makes Dedede seeth in anger. Then Meta Knight becomes a player character. He later squares up against Galacta Knight, and you guessed it: he wins. All these events are LITERALLY the entire game, and I don't really have anything to mention at the moment. (PNG of magolor slowly pops up) No, I'm not doing a return to dreamland episode yet.
