Buttons are self explanatory; click on them and see what they do :) Don't worry about pressing the stop button, it won't delete your song unless you reload the page or click "New". If you click "Play" on Drum mode, it will only play the drums whereas if you click "Play" on notes mode, it will play the whole song.
