This is the Umbra Representative once again. We're conducting a SATO voting on war against the C.U.S. We believe their actions in extensively supporting the Red Legion, Arming Nuclear Weapons, attempting to bring down our satellite, and aggressive military preparations against us cannot be tolerated. Therefore we should declare war and annihilate them.
