This building is a semi- inground hotel. The another building is from 1978. Brand : Hansen Hydraulisk Hiss AB. Year : 2007. Type : MRL Roped Hydraulic, digital controller. Starter type : Solid state, with original 2007’s soft-starter. Modernized by Jackson Lift Group in 2017. Location : Horntullsgatan 63, Gröndal, Sweden. Other : This modernization is HORRIBLE AND COMPLETELY USELESS !!! Evans Lift Alliance (Evil Owl) was the elevator maintainer since 2017 to 2022 and they use Jackson to modernize the elevator !!! This one is now maintained by Amsler Hiss since the 3rd April and the Amsler Hiss’s maintenance is quite better than the Evans Lift Alliance’s maintainance !!! But, there is an EPIC FAIL !!! This one has a failing contactor (according to the elevator technician) and this is one of the valve-contactors !!! The failure is that : There is A FAULTY CONTACT AND THE VALVE STAYS OPENED BECAUSE THIS FAULTY CONTACT DOES NOT STOP THE POWER FULLY AND THE VALVE IS A BIT OPENED !!! But, this won’t happens if this elevator is not BADLY MODERNIZED by Jackson Lift Group because it uses a reliable GMV 3010 valve, a reliable GMV T2 pump, a reliable S3 digital controller and some reliable contactors !!! The pump is original, but not the contactors and the controllers (Unreliable contactors from China and VERY STUPID Lester Controls logic) !!! So, this one is continually sinking and keeps the relevelling and the technician said this it has been doing that FOR MORE THAN A WEEK !!! I am also surprised that it still running because this one is in non-stop operation for a long time and the GMV pump is BEING WORN OUT !!!! Also, this one is a bit SLOWED DOWN, IT RUNS VERY BUMPY and ON THE WAY UP, IT TAKE AGES TO START MOVING !!!! The relevelling is also IMPRECISE !!!! Also, this one USED TO BE EQUIPPED WITH A SPECIAL SYSTEM, IT USES TO KNOW THE EXACT POSITION OF THE ELEVATOR CAR (This system is like Hydroware’s system) !!! But, when this modernization happened, this system HAS BEEN REMOVED TOGETHER WITH THE S3 CONTROLLERS !!! Also, before this modernization, this used to be equipped with a anti-wear-out device. The device works like that : If one elevator equipped with this system re-levels more than 22 times in one hour, the lift will go to the lowest floor, and will be automatically out of service and the technical issue is automatically reported to the maintainer !!! Also, when the elevator is at the lowest floor, the doors will stay opened for let the passengers leave !!! The system was removed by Jackson during the modernization !!! Another horrid thing, before the modernization, it used to not relevel until the doors are opened or it is in use, but now, it relevels all the time ! Well, an EFFICIENT, INTELLIGENT AND RELIABLE hydraulic generic lift has been modernized into an INEFFICIENT, STUPID AND UNRELIABLE hydraulic generic lift !!!! THIS ELEVATOR IS DOWNGRADED BY THIS HORRIBLE MODERNIZATION !!! Also, WRONG FLOOR NUMBERING AND LANGUAGE !!! The Lester Voice is also AWFUL !!! Also, the emergency phone doesn’t work !!! Also, if you spam the door open button while the doors are opened, the voice can repeat « Going up » or « Going down » until the « voice » list is empty and the doors won’t close until the « voice » list is empty !!!!
