It is a 9mm 25-round SMG designed for pinpoint accuracy. Unlike the Nerf model, it is fully auto and magazine fed, instead of being manual with an internal magazine. the bolt is on the other side and the sights are just fitted ion sights. The handle on the back is just to empty the chamber if there is a jam and is not usable in this project.
