✧･ﾟ: *✧･ﾟ:* Bendy Tail Training *:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧ Mentor: Bristledream Apprentice: Blisteringpaw Current moon: Moon 2 Moon 1: ~ Introduce Blisteringpaw to nature walks. This would be Bristledreams way of making the tour of the territory a little more enjoyable. ~ During these nature walks, Bris will introduce Blis to some of his favorite places in territory and some of his favorite items. ~ Bris will also try to get to know Blis during these walks or on his down time. ~ Intro to hunting with a kinked tail and balancing on thin platforms with a kinked tail. Moon 2: ~ Basic apprentice duties, but with a slight twist. For example, instead of simply cleaning out dens, Bristledream also enjoys decorating wherever he cleans, and he will teach this to Blisteringpaw as well. Every material used to decorate comes from what they’ve just cleaned up, so if there’s broken twigs or extra moss, Bristledream might make little statues or pathways with the excess material. ~ Further focusing on hunting techniques, be aware that Bristledream does not hunt like a normal warrior, but this is not entirely because of his kinked tail. He’s found overtime that he doesn’t put effort into things he doesn’t enjoy, so he’s created new ways to carry out his duties. Moon 3: ~ Intro to self-defense. Bristledream believes that there really is no reason to fight, or argue at that, but knows it is expected of every warrior to be able to fight. He’s actually quite bad at combat, but knows the basics in defense and is able to teach the minimum. Should Blisteringpaw want enhanced warrior training, Bristledream will likely refer him to another warrior solely for fighting training. ~ Tree climbing. Bristledream isn’t the most muscular cat, and doesn’t have the greatest balance, but he does enjoy the occasional climbing session, in which he is able to view the world from a taller point of view. This is a basic skill that nearly every ThunderClan warrior might have. Moon 4: ~ Border patrol skills. (Aka Friendship with other clans 101). While Bristledream will teach Blisteringpaw the basic rules, he’ll also explain his own opinions of a few of the rules, particularly the no trespassing the borders rule. Bris believes that as long as you aren’t a threat, it shouldn’t matter where you roam. He’ll teach Blis to approach in a friendly manner when spotting another warrior from another clan, so that no conflict occurs. ~ Story-telling. This will likely be one of Bristledreams favorite topics to teach, in which he’ll explain a few ways he creates his many new fantasies. This is more of an extra, pastime event that Bristledream believes Blis should know. ~ Continuation of hunting skills, possibly attempts to teach the normal way of hunting. Moon 5: ~ Bristledream will focus heavily on hunting techniques and basic fighting skills as Blis’s warrior assessment grows near. ~ Nature walks might be a little more frequent so Blis can truly be familiarized with the territory, and it’s also just a way of keeping the bond between the two relatively tight. Moon 6: ~ Again, heavily focused on hunting skills and the minimum of fighting skills. ~ Finding meadows to sit and talk in will be introduced just to keep Blis from stressing too much, and introduced as a way for Blis to vent any issues to Bris. Warrior Assessment!! Hopefully Bris will have done a good enough job to send his bendy-tailed buddy off to warrior-hood!
