Welcome to ScratchTalker. This is an ALPHA version that will SAY a word typed in the answer box. To be able to say more than one word, you must download it. There is one example you can hear by hitting SPACE. The word is scanned letter by letter and if a grouping of letters matches then that group is placed into phenom table. Each phenom has an associated timing. Once this table is built for the word, it is played at full speed. This makes the speech sound more fluid. Have fun...
