The Makrysprogonos is an extinct species of Teraminos animal living about 300 - 280 million years ago. The animal's long thin body of 7.6 metres and stubby legs made them hard to use on land. Because of this, the limbs were used to steer itself through the coast of Ferro, while its strong tail moves like a whale's allowing the animal to move at a moderate speed of 21 km. The Makrysprogonos was a peaceful plant eater. It would often use its small legs to 'walk' on the ocean floor, searching for kelp or algae to eat. While young are often preyed upon by other predators, adults do not have predators. Eventually the Makrysprogonos would evolve into the much larger Longuscollidon, who would go on to be one of the most successful animals of Teraminos.
