Here comes Elec Skelly, making his SHOCKING new and remastered appearance! ===About=== Elec Skelly is a robotic android, based onto the original Skelly, created by Dr. Light. He has the same powers as Elec Man, but with some differences. He also handles with the Power Plant and also helps Mega Man out. If he's reprogrammed by Dr. Wily, he'll try and use the data to destroy the Power Grid. ===Weakness=== Just like Elec Man, he is weak to any Cutting Weapons because it can cut up electrical wires easily. Also, he's weak to Oil, because Oil is non-component to Electricity and it could damage the Electrical Wires, causing a short circuit. ===AI=== He runs like Elec Man and attacks with the Thunder Beam, even when he jumps. He also has a sub weapon, called the Electric Orb, which he can use to attack the player. Yes, he can slide. ===Speed Gear=== He goes very fast and shoots out the Thunder Bone and the Charged Orb. After that, he uses the Thunder Bolt, aiming right at the Player for a few times (Mega Man Powered UP Reference), and then does an Electrical Shockwave.
