> [Slight] BL00D WARNING FOR BACKSTORY!!!!< His design is adorable and the name is so creative! I would definitely use him often. For the one scene I used the ref sheet for reference a lot. Hope that's allowed. Bio---- Name- Gobi Gen. - Male Loves- Warm sunny places Backstory- He lives in hot desert places as a ruler. (Over all the desert.) Constantly fighting rivals to keep his home safe, with all the small critters that live in it. He went out to go look at the blooming cacti when his home was attacked and taken over while he was gone. They had taken all his friends, the lizards, birds, owls, mice, scorpions and butterflies. He put his scarf over his nose so nobody could recognize him, and set out. Present- (Backstory continued)- Gobi hid behind some cacti, trying to located the fainted scent of his friends. A sudden snap was heard, scaring Gobi into a nearby cactus, looking, he saw a strange creature, about his size. Watch intensely as the creature stuck his head in a hole, returning to the surface with a mouse, flailing as it was carried harshly in his jaws. Gobi lowered his body to the ground as the creature ran off, carrying his friend. Enraged, Gobi shot off full speed, ramming into his opponent. The mouse scuttled away as the enemy's jaws loosened. The opponent, angered that his victim got away, launched his whole body at Gobi, trying to latch onto his shoulder. Gobi dodged, slipping quickly underneath and shooting up, ramming into his opponents chest. They tossed and turned, rolling in the heat of the desert sand. "Leave!" Gobi growled. "Make me!" His opponent hissed, throwing Gobi off, "there is no more for you here! Blitz will rule your home!" Gobi, lashed out, preventing anymore words to come out of vile creatures mouth. His opponent let out a screech as blood dripped from his nose. The loud noise had brought attention, as more creatures appeared, coming to their comrades aid. Gobi swung his head side to side, looking for a way of escape. His mouse friend, long gone now, would be of no help against these creatures, who are the size of Gobi himself. Gobi struck one of the creatures with his tail, k!lling it. The others, looking at their fallen teammate, backed away, but one creature, bigger than all the others slipped behind a thick clump of tumbleweed. Gobi's mind raced, thinking of a way to avert all chances of injury, but it was too late, the largest out of all came bounding through the tumbleweed, its large black pelt glittering along with the sharp teeth. Barging its massive body into Gobi's chest, letting out a wail, Gobi attempted to regain his footing as he tumbled, bashing against the ground. Clawing the earth furiously he stopped tumbling, slowly getting up he realized what the creatures were trying to do. Nearby, a tremendous ravine stood, with deep sides, jagged rocks, and a wide river with a fast-paced, swift current. They were tying to throw him over the edge. Flipping back around Gobi only got a glimpse of black fur before a crushing force bashed into his side, throwing him directly off the ravine. The creatures walked away, leaving Gobi lying at the bottom of the ravine. Gobi woke up dazed, his fur wet, his whole body sore. The ravine stretched for miles, it could take forever till he reached a point were he could climb up. He started to [painfully] run, searching every nook for someway, just someway, of getting out. Gobi sighed, losing all the sanity he had left he jumped on the nearest rock, jumping and scrabbling at the loose rocks, occasionally using his tail for balance. Night had covered the desert in a cape of stars, surprisingly Gobi had reached the top, but at the cost of worsening his injuries. Using his scarf to hide his face, (and prevent getting spotted) he marched off, into the moon coated horizon, in search of his desert friends. Sorry about writing half a book XD I would have added more but I don't want to burden you anymore, because I know you have better things to do and lots of entries to judge.
