Umbra Intelligence has recently uncovered a group called "Coalition for the Unification of Scratchia". They claim to be an ally of the Red Legion, the renowned communist extremist group currently engaging in conflict with major STU nations. SATO nations are asked to increase intelligence activities and be ready to respond in case of an attack by the aforementioned group.
