Feel free to speculate in the comments. My theory is that this is supposed to foreshadow the appearance of shadow freddy. Think about it. he's appeared in 4 of the 5 night end minigames of FNaF 3, and rarely appears in FNaF 2. He's existed from FNaF 2 all the way to FNaF 3, so it would make sense for him to be in the 4th game. Shadow Freddy is also sometimes called Purple Freddy. Seeing as this is a purple tophat and bowtie, its clear to me that it is Shadow/Purple Freddy.
