i love this ship with all my heart + soul because: 1. "you ever wonder why we're here?" simmons asks grif if he wants to talk about grif's response 2. grif is essentially part simmons- he got ran over by sheila (blue team's tank) and simmons donated some of his body parts to save his life 3. IN 90% OF SHOTS WITH RED TEAM THEY ARE NEXT TO EACH OTHER 4. tucker remarks they're like "an old couple still madly in love" (not exact quote) 5. post-season 13... erm *COUGH* closet incident 6. by season 15 grimmons is pretty much canon 7. when grif leaves it pans to simmons, you don't even need to know how to read helmet expressions because you can clearly see he has a devastated look on his face 8. when grif goes to temple's base to save his friends he asks locus a bunch of questions including, "HOW'S SIMMONS? IS SIMMONS OKAY?" 9. the gene vs. simmons scene 10. WHEN GRIF AND SISTER HELP SIMMONS TO ESCAPE THE LABYRINTH- 11. season 14 when they meet in boot camp 12. a lot more things Edit: 13.
