The Dragon Once there was a dragon, his name is Landon Thob, he prefers to be called Cob. Once there was a fortress, it's name is Land-of-King, it has one ally. Once there was a world, in this world is a mountain, in the mountain is a dragon, in the dragon there is a story, in the story there is a fort, in the fort is a king, in the king there is a thought… a thought of the dragon. Fire everywhere, burning everything, except anything, it was a dream, a dream that the king was dreaming. The king knew about the dragon, but never had thought about it so much. It was like you were paranoid about not burning the bread. So the king sent three of his best warriors to the dragon, they never came back. So he sent an army, still no one came back. Then the king went himself, he found the most fabulous place! A huge area with loads of dwarves, all were his subjects. He saw a door. He knocked on the door and he heard a voice that said “Hello, come in.” The king said, “Who are you?” He heard a loud stomp, the door was pulled open and there he saw a metallic dragon. Made of Platinum to be exact, the most durable, deadly, heavy metal known to dwarvenkind, though dwarves claim it’s not heavy. Platinum is a Silver colored material gathered above the underworld. Now that I'm done explaining, let me come back to the story. “Ah... um a... dr-dr-dragon aaaaaaahhhhh!!!” Said the king “run dwarves run!” The dwarf Toltig said “Nah.” The dwarf Libash said “Don’t wanna.” The dwarf Moldath said “The dragon is nice, you see, he does not fight, he does not set alight, and most of all he is not a Fright!” “Ya’ see he is a poet.” said Toltig “I am a poet, and Toltig is a mechanic… Titanic Fry-franic… rhyming, you see?” said Moldath. “I am a mechanic, and Libash is a axedwarf.” Likot walked in and said “ I need to make something give me diamonds, blue zircon, and a painted blue block of granite and there we have it!” “Go right ahead,'' said the king. It was the dragons first party. The king started to like the Cob’s lair and started to settle down and enjoy himself. He only orders his dwarves when he urgently needs to, he likes the dragon, and his home, Groblins started hearing about the abandoned empires and the evil dragon rumors. Recently dwarves have been adding more and more to the dragon's lair and to their fort, for now the fort was connected to the ‘mountain halls’, it is now a fortress called Scaly River. Groblins have heard the sudden melding of the fort and its activity, the groblins will strike! Three days later the mountain halls were hearing scary noises outside, the noises were the Groblins skeletal hounds, still they didn't come, because they forgot the armor and weapons. One year later, the Scaly River’s people were hearing scary noises again. They knew war was coming. The door that the dragon stopped people going in was now open to all dwarves, when they went in they saw stacks and stacks of platinum bars. They all gasped but knew where the platinum came from. They started making armor and weapons out of it. The groblins were coming, they heard footsteps. “Groblins, the lords of Grimhollows. The kings of Secret-Saber have come.” The warriors went out to fight, but the Groblins were hardy. The dragon came and started launching them about. The groblins fled! There we have it, it was the shortest fight in history, and the groblins never bothered them again.
