Props to you if you can guess who this is... is what I would say, but it's really obvious if you're an enjoyer of anime I used up 7 out of my 10 black lion statuettes to get him that hair too it was worth it :sunglasses: also yes, I know, he doesn't use a giant death stick as a weapon, but GW2 required you use a staff if you want magic (and even then the staff for Revenant characters are used for melee combat whoops)
