Please read each section to get a better idea of how the Collab will work! Ty! 【What is an OTA?】 OTA stands for Offer to Adopt. It’s where people can offer things to win a character or design. Some common things that are offered are : Busts, Headshots, Sketches, Banners, Follows, Shoutouts, Fanart, and much much more! 【How to enter】 To enter, fill in this form below! If I respond with a star “★彡” then that means your form has been accepted! If I haven’t responded after about 2-3 days then I might’ve either missed it or your form may need some changes! If I still haven’t got back to your form, you can always comment on my profile because I’ll be able to see it! - However, if I haven’t replied yet after only a few hours, chances are I’ll be somewhere else or asleep! In the credits or description you should include the following: - Character name - Any game themes you’ve used (e.g Minecraft like mod) - Any references you’ve used - Any webs/apps used to draw (if digital) - Any character info that isn’t displayed - Credit any code + music you’ve used that’s not yours ʕ ^ᴥ^ʔ Entries that aren’t submitted as a remix will most likely be missed! - So please do remember to remix! ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ 【Rules】 What is OK: - Digital Art - Traditional Art (drawing on paper) - using references/inspiration with credit or permission (Not directly tracing) - Using Colour palettes (credit where you got it from) - Can incorporate a 2nd theme into video game theme! (E.g Mine is both video game and coral themed!) What’s NOT okay: - Adding gore or anything that might be scary to a viewer (e.g spiders, snakes, etc keep that in mind) - Tracing/stealing - using reference, music or code that’s not yours without credit - using Picrew or a character base/avatar creator game If you do break the rules you’ll risk getting disqualified! (･-･ ) And lastly, 【What Happens Next?】 Once everyone who has entered has made their entry, I will put them all in one project with all the info, and post it so people can then offer for the characters. Once offers have started being made, your free to look for any offers that you like! 【REQUIREMENTS】 - The art has to be by YOU! (｡･ω･｡) - Must have something to do with video games! - Preferably drawn as a full character - if your not able to draw it as a full character you can draw it in the way you can - just add in the desc or art any extra details/outfit wear that isn’t drawn! (E.g Sometimes I forget to draw shoes or the other half of my characters to show what they look like, one thing I could do is describe that in the desc) 【Theme: VĮDE0 GAMÆ ☆彡 ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ】 This theme is where you create a character that has something to do with video games - or could be a character based off of an already existing game or could be put inside an already existing game setting e,g a MineCraft looking character (that doesn’t actually exist). This does NOT mean redrawing an already existing game character! (･u･; or using the art style of the existing game! (｡･ω･｡) I then decided to type all the info into the desc instead, Fun fact: Originally I planned on this being a DTA Collab (DTA stands for Draw to Adopt) but I later realised that doing so would mean only an incredibly limited amount of people can join - (which wouldn’t be that much of a surprise ╮(￣▽￣"")╭ neither would it be as fun) and it would get pretty tricky to organise so I made it an OTA Collab instead - still using the theme that was most voted to be hosted! (>^ω^<) Having it as an OTA also means that both the artists and the people adopting characters can get something in return! (｡^ω^｡) Whoohoo!
