{[ Hello there! It's me, Dragon, here with the official map for my roleplay! ]} {}{}{} The Misted Land - this place is mostly forest. Thick fog clouds everything. It only gets denser as you stray further from the Grove, so nobody has ventured past the limits of the map for fear of getting hopelessly lost. The Grove - The Grove is the name of a small clearing that marks the center of the explored part of the Misted Land. Many cats nest and hang out here, for fear of getting lost in the mist. The River - A river runs from north to south, west of the Grove. Most of its water is lazy but deep, though there are some patches of rapids, especially nearer to the waterfall. The Waterfall - The river widens to a waterfall near the southern portion of the Misted Land. It is a wide, fast torrent of water. The Cliffs - These are some shallow cliffs, covered with pebbles and leaning trees. I forgot to highlight your he words, so you’ll have to do a bit of searching - The Wall - in the northeast, a huge cliff raises above the land. It's extremely steep. The Meadow - nearer to the northwest, the trees open into a very small meadow. Deer like to hang out here. {}{}{} [ Prey ] Small rodents - mice, voles and shrews are common in the Misted Land. Squirrels - though they're a little less common, it's not surprising to run across squirrels here. Songbirds - nuthatches, chickadees and sparrows aren't hard to come by, but they generally stay high up in the trees, as if they're afraid to come into the mist... Crows - by far the most common bird in the forest are crows - big, violent birds with plenty of bravery. If you go after these, you may want a hunting partner - or more than one, as they flock in groups, and a mob of crows never ends well for the hunter. [ Other Wildlife ] Foxes - like in real life, foxes in the Misted Land are not much bigger than cats, and almost never attack. If a fox were to attack a cat, it'd be out of illness or sheer desperation. Escape is recommended in case the cause is illness; climbing up a tree is a good strategy. Deer - deer hang out in the meadow. They will be important later, but they're rather gentle creatures with little regard for cats. {}{}{} The roleplay is Shrouded Pasts, Uncertain Fates. It is a huge passion project of mine; I have *so much* lore to share and I've been planning the plot nonstop!
