If you're ever feeling down, exhausted, overwhelmed, or upset, you can think about these statements, read them, repeat them to yourself, and hopefully they help you feel at least a little better. You can also just listen to the music, because that's nice too. Click use the arrow keys to go to the next/previous page. (Tap the screen if on mobile.) You can disable/enable the music by clicking the music note button. The music is automatically random, but if you'd like to pick the song you want to listen to you can press the "Music" button. Then a screen will pop up with all of the songs you can choose from. Just click on the song you want and it will play until it's done and the next song will be chosen randomly again. Press the exit button to go back to the game.
This is for every autistic person out there who struggles with anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, burnout, and internalized ableism like I do. You're not alone. If you have any more positive affirmations for autistic people, please leave them in the comments! <3 This project technically works on mobile but it kept crashing when I tried it on my phone, so I'm sorry if that happens to you too. And if it does work, sometimes the text shifts on things due to the different screen size or something and I can't really fix that, so if you do get it to work on mobile, the text may be cut off in places. So just keep that in mind and I apologize to any mobile users who can't use it fully because of these issues. Everything made by me, except for the music.
