Sailors from the outside world, 600 strong, have formed a small community on a piece of land off the coast of Arcia. They have made outstanding science and technological advancements, and have only recently established supply lines with their mainland counterpart, which is not located on the map. Their numbers are expected to quadruple in the next 5 years.
