Ok, interesting thing: When I color eyes in my new style, it’s a process. I start with the brightest eye color as the fill / white of the eye Then I do the ey color, either brighter on top darker on bottom, or swapped Then the inner eye color, near the pupil, i so a slightly darker color than the darkest outer color Next, the pupil! I really don’t like having exact black, so to soften the colors I make it a darker version of the previous color Then finally, highlights! I start with the larger one, between pupil and inner eye color. It’s slightly lighter than the base color. For the smaller one, it’s in the pupil, and is lighter than the large highlight.
