Note from Nyx (co-host): After rewatching Encanto three times in two days, trying to cut up the music and failing the first five attempts, figuring out how to represent characters as cats and simplify the outfits while keeping them recognisable, quietly drawing as my sisters do schoolwork (thanks, covid-) this is finally out! We got the idea for this project yesterday, but it feels a lot longer than that X3 hopefully we'll be able to finish this MAP- if it goes well, we might make it into a series :] Also, Dolores and Camilo are siamese cats. Change my mind. Idk why, it just felt right. So, I'll hand over to Cinnamon now! Hi! Anyway... WELCOME TO... THE CATIFIED WDTAB MAP! Thank you all for voting! Now- rules! RULES: 1. Follow the script 2. Please follow the refs. 3. If your part is under 5 seconds long, you have two weeks to complete it. If it is over 5 seconds, you have a month. 4. You can take up to three parts. These parts cannot be consecutive, to give everyone a chance to animate the various characters. 5. Please use AMV for most of the part- if it's a longer part, you can do some PMV if needed. 6. Shading is appreciated but not required- if you shade, please use the colour guide in the refs. You will also find the cw there. 7. If a character sings/says a line in the script of your part, please lipsync or at least have the character's mouth open. 8. You can have an extension of up to one week for a shorter part or two for a longer one. 9. Please don't use more than three sprites. 10. If you use broadcasts, don't name them 'message_'- give them a name that nobody else will use. 11. All clones need to delete themselves by the end of the part. 12. You don't need to fill in the form for thumbnail entries. 13. Don't start making the part until you've been given it. 14. Semi-experienced animators and above, but don't be scared to apply! 15.
