Ripbolt declares war on the S.U.S. to defend Rickland, a member of the KBA. We are also going to try to peacefully negotiate getting half of the Ripvania colony back, as Leakia revolted from there. We don't want a fight there, if possible, but we will fight for part of the colony if we have to. For now, I'm asking the KBA to mobilize to defend our ally and stop the S.U.S.
