Thid is the main elevator of the Building 3 of this mall. This building is from 2007. Brand : Hansen Hydraulisk Hiss AB. Year : 2007. Type : Single Piston Roped Hydraulic (Before, it was Twin Piston Roped Hydraulic), S3 Controller (Replaced with Lester Controls controllers). Modernized by Jackson Lift Group in 2017. Location : Blôrk Gallerian Köpcentrum (Mall), Kiruna, Sweden. Other : This modernization is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL !!!!!!!! This one USED TO BE GREAT AND RELIABLE, but THIS ONE IS NOW A PIECE OF (CENSORED WORD) !!!!!! THIS ONE IS NOW VERY SLOW AND IT RUNS REALLY BAD (Unlike the past, because Hansen Hydraulisk is ONE OF THE BEST GENERIC LIFT BRAND !!!) !!! The GMV unit HAS BEEN HORRIBLY MODERNIZED INTO A VVF HYDRAULIC PUMP !!!! The VVF drive is from Magnetek and the reliable GMV 3010 Hydraulic-Valve has been REPLACED with a VVF iValve from Bucher Hydraulics !!!!!! WHAT IS THIS PATCH-UP JOB ?!! THANKS A LOT JACKSON, THANKS FOR RUINING A NICE HANSEN HYDRAULISK ELEVATOR FROM 2007 !!!!! Also, THE GMV PUMP IS WORN OUT DUE TO THE STUPID MAGNETEK HPV 900 VVF DRIVE SYSTEM (THE POWER OF THE HYDRAULIC-UNIT HAS BEEN REDUCED BY THE VVF DRIVE SYSTEM AND THE BUCHER VALVE) !!!!! But, the energy consumption HAS BEEN INCRASED UP TO 70% !!!!! This one IS NOW A POWER-GUZZLER (Unlike the past) !!! Also, WRONG LANGUAGE AND HORRIBLE LESTER VOICE !!! If you listen carefully to the machinery on the way up, you can hear an electrical buzz and the pump is also VERY LOUD because the CONTROLLER WEAR OUT IT’S PUMP !!!! Also, you can hear the fan of the VF drive system and the hydraulic-valve !!! They also added panachrome light curtains sensors !!! Also, the levelling is COMPLETELY HORRIBLE, this one RUNS VERY BUMPY (Especially in the way up) !!!! This one needs also to re-levels often !!! The valve can also fail to close fully and the lift can safety breaks itself and you can got STUCK with the BADLY MAINTAINED WINDCREST EMERGENCY TELEPHONE (In this project, the phone won’t works, but in this project, the elevator doesn’t safety breaks itself and the hydraulic valve close properly !!!) !!! Also, IT BROKE DOWN VERY OFTEN !!!! But, the new director of the mall will call Hansen Hydraulisk Hiss AB to inspect this elevator !!! And, if this one isn’t approved by the Hansen Hydraulisk’s inspection, Hansen Hydraulisk will call KONE to replace this one with a KONE MonoSpace with KONE EcoDisc 4th Generation motor !!! If the elevator is replaced with a KONE MonoSpace, I will nickname it « The Revenge of KONE EcoDisc » !!! Why ? Because, some awesome KONE EcoDisc Elevators have been HORRIBLY MODERNIZED by Jackson Lift Group with HORRIBLE Lester Controls controllers and STUPID Magnetek HPV 900 VVF drive system !!!
