Note: Please read all instructions. I get very annoyed when people don't read all the instructions. :P ===Cᴏɴᴛʀᴏʟs=== Space to skip intro. Arrow keys or WASD to move. Down to crouch (it's actually pretty useless by itself), and you move a lot slower when crouched. Type "skip" and "reset" to skip and reset. Bounce on springs (you have to be falling) and avoid spike balls, crushers, and enemies. If you jump while crouching, you go higher, and you also move back a bit. If done correctly, you'll be able to make a really high jump with a lot of horizontal momentum, which is needed to beat some levels. Grab the powerup and press space to dash through stuff and defeat enemies. You can only do it once, and you lose it if you reset or skip. However, you KEEP it if you beat a level normally. To defeat the boss, jump into his attacks and don't let them hit the wall. The fight starts over if the wall gets hit 3 times. If you get too close, he will activate a forcefield. When the powerup appears, grab it and dash at the boss. Do this 3 times to win. There are 2 easter eggs. ===Aʙᴏᴜᴛ=== This is my first pixel project! This was just sort of an experiment, but pixel art turned out to be pretty fun. Still, I like vector better, so I'm not going to do any more pixel stuff. ===Tʜᴇ Fᴏᴜʀᴛʜ Wᴀʟʟ=== You probably already know what this means, but... Most theaters have 3 physical walls, as well as an imaginary "fourth wall" that separates the characters from the audience. "Breaking the fourth wall" is when the characters are aware they are fictional. This platformer takes the saying literally, as you go on a quest to find a physical fourth wall. See if you can find all the times the narrator breaks the fourth wall! ===Uɴɪǫᴜᴇɴᴇss=== -Not just a square, but one with legs. (Seriously tho, so many platformer characters are just squares. I myself am guilty of this xP) -Unique crouch jump feature. -Hazards other than spikes and lava. -Dash powerup. -Unique boss fight -Weird storyline-ish... press up up down down left right left right b a enter for a surprise! :P You're still here? Alright then, here's a walkthrough. Level 1, 2, 3: It's pretty obvious what to do here. Level 4: go under the first one (you don't need to crouch), then jump over the second one. 5 and 6: Jump across the platforms. 7: Go to the very edge of the hill, crouch, then face left. Press up then immediately right, and you should be able to land on the next part. 8: Trigger the crusher by standing right next to where it lands, then run under it as it rises. 9: Same concept, but you have less time as you need to jump. 10: The words literally tell you what to do. Just make sure to start your dash NEAR the spikes, so that you actually make it across. 11: self-explanatory. 12: just avoid them. It's not too hard. 13: bounce, then jump onto the other platform and make sure to stay ahead of the enemies as they can reach the platform. Don't worry, they're slower than you. 14: Grab the powerup, dash across the spikes and enemies. Either dash or crouch-jump over the stack. It's better to crouch-jump if you want an easier level and a secret later on. 15: grab the powerup if you don't have the one from the previous level, dash through the enemies. Try to get them all in one hit. If you didn't get the powerup, grab it now then crouch-jump up. 16: jump/crouch-jump across the platforms. If you still have a powerup, DON'T use it and DON'T die. 17: If you have the powerup, use it to get on the spring. Otherwise, take the path below and don't fall. 18: This is why it's worth it storing up the powerups. You can get the easter egg if you want, and the level is also easy. If you didn't do all that stuff, jump over the first set of spikes then crouch jump at just the right moment to avoid the spikes and the enemy. Remember, type "skip" to skip if it's hard. 19: Crouch-jump over the tower. 20: Nothing to say here. Boss: Let his attacks hit you. If he shoots the wall three times, you start the fight over. Dash into him with the powerup when it appears. Wow! Such persistence! Comment "I scrolled"
