Turns out, the Dark Lord wasn't the only one. It's just one minion of the Meteoric Doom, and here's another one. The Static Charger resides in the Arctic Circle, and is the reason for avalanches. Your ship has been upgraded to resist the freezing temperatures and the minion's high-velocity charges, and is now equipped with a heat cannon to combat the second minion.
