Scavenge to get food and water as everyday you hunger and thirst goes up and if it goes too high then you will start to take damage. When you scavenge you will also gain radiation. Too much radiation will cause you to take damage so to take away some radiation buy some radaway by sacrificing 2 food and 2 water.
