Somewhere along BNSF's Needles Sub, a railfan that stopped to eat at a Panda Garden(yes this is real, I went there and saw very unique locomotives, and BNSF 3931, my first ET44C4 catch) saw an OVHR train pulled by 9006, to make it even rarer, on their track.
All owners I tried to remake this exactly like how I saw BNSF 3931 and 4050.
